Kenya Diaspora homecoming
A forum for the Diaspora to network, to consult on issues of national importance and also engage various stakeholders with interest on the Diaspora affairs.
Kenyans in the Diaspora who are currently in Kenya are invited to a Diaspora Homecoming Reception to be held on December 21 and 22 at the Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi.
This is a free event that aims to provide a forum for the Diaspora to network, to consult on issues of national importance and also engage various stakeholders with interest on the Diaspora affairs.
The conference will bring together participants comprising Diaspora, Diaspora returnees, stakeholders from the financial and investment sector, real estate and service industry, and Government Ministries/Departments. The forum is part of the initiative by the Government to deepen integration of the Diaspora into national development.
On Monday, December 21st, at 6 pm, there will be a Christmas dinner hosted by the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Dr Amina Mohamed.
