On March 12 and 13 2016, we witnessed one of the most spectacular sporting events to ever come to Canada. The first ever HSBC Vancouver 7’s was held here in Vancouver. Excitement was palpable as Kenyans from all over Canada and the US packed sections of the BC Place stadium and cheered our team the Kenyan way. It was a memorable event in which we were honored to host the Kenya High Commissioner H.E. John L. Lanyasunya who traveled from Ottawa to show his support.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who made all our events a huge success, and for the spirit of togetherness that was displayed during the events. A special thank you to the KenBC officials who came out to show their support.

Native Events Entertainment will continue to host events that foster unity among Kenyans here in BC and Canada to ensure that we keep our culture/heritage alive. Like our page at https://www.facebook.com/Native-Events-Entertainment-221316187880883/ to get the latest.
